When Aussie Aged Care Services (AACARES) receives an enquiry, and with the consent of the enquirer, a personal visit is recommended.

This may be at the personal residence or an alternative convenient venue. We believe this is important as it is an opportunity to identify with whom will be providing services and the client feels comfortable and reassured.

It is also a time where discussions may identify there are additional services that may be of interest and relevant to each individual's needs.
