About Aussie Aged Care Services Elderly Assistance
Aussie Aged Care Services (AACARES) was established in July 2011, to provide on-call elderly assistance services across the Gold Coast region. The main aim of Aussie Aged Care Services is to provide support for all home activities to help our elderly remain safely in their homes for as long as possible – “your independence is our priority”.
We understand that family support is not always available to provide elderly assistance due to living interstate or overseas and that there is much stress and worry over what assistance an elderly family member may require. Aussie Aged Care Services can offer peace of mind to family members by taking care of day-to-day home services and even providing “check-visits” to make sure all is well and reporting back personally to advise the family of their loved one’s well-being.
We take care to always remain respectful and not appear to be invading upon our clients home and daily life. We work with them to complete the more difficult tasks to minimise potential slips, falls and strains with the goal to maintain their independence at home.
Our services also extend to persons who are either temporarily or permanently incapacitated, and those with mental illness.
The Aussie Aged Care Services Difference
AACARES recognises that whilst other organisations provide elderly assistance services, recipients are often committed to specific days and times. Unlike these other aged care service providers, AACARES are much more flexible to be there when you need us. We understand that not everything in life can be planned and that our clients need help when the unexpected occurs to help keep them safe. When a spill happens, something breaks or a last-minute grocery shop is needed, Aussie Aged Care Services will be there to help.
Something else that sets apart from other organisations is that you will always know the person who is coming to provide services. We are a small team and you will get to know your carer. This provides peace of mind, particularly for those with anxiety or dementia.
