As one week nearly closes on our quest for raising funds for Dementia Australia, we can report 20.27kms and $270 has been achieved.
A sincere thank you goes to all those who have dug deep to support this cause. Our walks are all recorded via Apple Watch exercise metre and posted to facebook along with some photographs of the beautiful scenery here on the Gold Coast.
Our team mascot “Pugsley” – a real life black pug, has been right by our side leading the way – well yes, there has been a lot of sniffing and intrigue along the way, but we are very thrilled with the word getting around and steady progress toward the 1000km walk and $1000 goals.
